I went to the branch and there was a nice girl, Ellie, who gave me all the information that I needed.. renew 2 contracts with 2 new phones and buy an ideal first phone with a contract for my son..she was so polite, patient and professional with me and with her team..well done guys,thank you!

Visited shop a few weeks ago young lady very helpful.popped in yesterday 8th male member of staff quite ignorant seemed like anything I asked was to much trouble silly little man,lucky vou have staff like the young lady I saw three weeks ago,will be dumping Network 3 shortly after eight years,they've become to greedy....

Went to the castlepoint store on the 3rd of January to return a faulty Samsung I had bought on contract with them 6 days ago as the screen was flicking, once I got another phone I open the brand new one in front of a staff member when I noticed the screen on new phone was a lot darker than the old one I informed the staff member and he said he can see it too but needs to get his manager called David to have a look at it..once the manager came out from the back he told me he can see the difference but refused to exchange it in store and told me to go to Samsung as it has nothing to do with them even though I got the contract with them including the phone and told me to leave as it’s not his problem once I refused to leave with another faulty phone he decided to call the police on me...a few minutes after I entertained the store there was another couple who was also kicked out while they were looking for help, my girlfriend also had to cancel her contract with them which they refused even though they told her she can cancel with in 7 days of purchase which is not true according to them and their customer service, if I could give this store and the management a lower rating I would..I would definitely not advise anyone to go with three..bad customer service and even worse management team. I was never been treated worse than I have been with this store..I’m sharing my experience as I would hate someone to be in the same position.
