Upgraded last week and cannot fault the service in store. A young lady called Nat went above and beyond to help out, even staying on a bit after the store closed to help! My daughter now has a new phone and I ( a total technophobe!) now have my upgraded phone up and running, I had no idea how to set it up as I got it sent during lockdown. So MANY THANKS!

I visited store other they I been served by customer advisor named Mario :) Mario was absolutely amazing from beginning . He had smile on his face and he has been very kind to me and professional. I'm a very happy customer with my new unlimited Samsung Samsung A51 .Thank you so much Well done.
I went in there intending to move to another provider (really because I couldn't log on to the Three account) . However the manager was brilliant and really tried to understand my needs. I walked out a happy customer with a new phone and contract appropriate for me.
I went in to the Kettering store on recently, I was service by Nat and Ishy and they ware great. I was looking for a deal as my contract had ended and was confused on my options. They went above and beyond despite they having to follow social distancing. I will be definitely recomending them to my friends as I left happy with my new phone and and a great deal with 6 months half price.

I have visited the store today and really happy to deal with the same person for last two years named Mário.Very helpful and always smiling person which everyone want to see when they r served at 3 store.Had really bad experience with the manager of the store last year and that’s not how the people should be served as costumers.Will be more then happy to deal with the same person like Mario in the future
Great service from Lauren and Mario in the store. It can be difficult in such a small space. Credit to both of them they helped me out with an issue with my phone and nothing was too much trouble. Still can’t believe that some people kick off when they don’t have ID as was happening in shop when I entered. I would of thought it was common sense you need that to access account. Reviews on here don’t do the store justice.
