Been a three customer for some years but the staff in this branch are great expecially sarah she been so helpfull and always gives us many options and doesnt just push the more expensive options on us. She even helped me take out their internet saving me over 80 pounds a month. If looking for a contract or anything else id certainly recommend going to the redcar branch cannot fault how helpful they all are :)
Had a contract issue with them and needed it resolving and after an initial frustrating phone conversation went in to shop and was dealt with in a first class way staff understood my issue and moved heaven and earth to come to a satisfactory resolution and I left a very happy customer the service and help was fantastic and customer friendly
Upgraded a few days ago cheaper plan as the phone was paid for eventually. Saving us over 20. Check when your 1 year or 2 years contract ends you could be still paying unnecessary. Go to the store to get reminded if you are vunrable ask for help to change the plans from their team. We did and got a good result. Changed star rating to 3 instead of 1
