What an absolute joke of accompany twice today I have been on there live chat to resolve issues. Totalling 5 1/2hours and still they have not made me a very happy customer. I had 5 contracts with them cancelling 2 as I'm fed up to the back teeth, they never resolve a complaint and always takes you 3bor 4 departs or people to go through. I have asked for their billing details so I can raise my invoice for my time. Low and behold they will not give it too me. Can not wait to change all the contracts from them. Enough is enough
They helped me completely with my problem, I had no internet on my phone and they sorted it out straight away.

Not the best of experience. Plus got quite irate about being conned by short code numbers for 4.50 a text message, however after a heated argument they promised to pay the money back. I felt that they were complicit in the con.
I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and considerate and because of this I would chose to go to the shop rather than use the online service.
Very helpful in sorting out a nano SIM to replace a micro SIM. Without this help I would have had to drive home, register online and then come back. 5/5
