I called in Sunday afternoon and was met by Lara who was, quite simply, outstanding. Her patience with me ( I know precious little about phones ) was terrific. She clearly explained all the options available to me, made useful suggestions as to what would work best and then found the ideal phone for my needs. I found her attitude exemplary - and her kind consideration together with overall the deal she put together for me was just perfect. 'Three' should be justly proud of this young ladies abilities. Lara - thank you for setting the phone up for me too, and your service was just fantastic. Next time I need anything, phone-wise, you will get my business again! Very well done indeed. Reviews don't get any better than this - but you have fully earned it....!

As everyone knows, shopping for a new phone contract can be draining and difficult, especially when you spend a lot of time trying to find the contract which best suits you. I recently went into the Three store in leamington Spa and I could not be any more pleased with my experience. I was pleasantly surprised when James helped me find a contract which suits me to a T, without trying to throw any un-necessary add-ons in. The deal he got me was exceptional, and it didn't cut any corners. I can honestly say my experience at Three was great, all thanks to James and his exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone, and will always mention to ask for James.
