This Three branch has consistently outstanding service, which is one of the reasons I have stayed with Three for years. I know if I go into store the staff, Grace in particular, will sort out issues ASAP. In fact, I receive the most consistently outstanding service from Grace constantly. I've had different issues with my handset and had to go into store on numerous occasions. Fortunately Grace has been on shift. I've broken phones & has to replace sims a lot. Whenever I go in, Grace is able to resolve all my issues speedily. She's helped me find new, better deals; consistently saving me money and taking into account all my requirements. She's totally on top of all the new deals and products. She's also talked me through how to resolve issues on the phone. And she knows who I am and which handset I have when I contact the store! I am so impressed! Grace, manyou many thanks for all your assistance!

Service is outstanding. I lost my mobile and Grace was simply awesome she efficiently cancelled the sim and gave me a new one. I had to purchase a new mobile. Again Grace was incredibly well informed. She advised me about an upgrade, new deals I might be interested in and showed me a good range of handsets. At no time was I pressured to buy any model or select a new tariff. Grace has brilliant customer service skills. She even advised I may return the phone if my old one turn up, which it did. The next day, she happily processed the refund; no drama! Amazing service! Grace is awesome!
