We’ve had a massive problem with an upgrade order that wasn’t placed through the retail store itself. Kenni the store manager was extremely helpful. There was numerous problems with the account which Kenni worked his way through for us. He was so patient and empathetic towards the issue. We cannot thank him enough for his time and for bringing it to resolution.

Having problems with the 3 homepage. Makes it awkward to used and check my allowance. Visited the 3 shop but man there didn't want to know. 3 is Ok for cheap basic Internet but if you want fast broadband your better off going elsewhere.
