After a very poor and disappointing experience with 3G "customer services" over the phone at head office, we were very pleased with the "in store" customer service that India provided for us this week. India got us back on the Internet straight away, no fuss, very quick! and she was very friendly and helpful, sorted out our contract for us, so thank you for your excellent service from in store in Carmarthen- Thank you Sharon & Nick

Called in to the Carmarthen store to sort out sim issue for a replacement phone. Dealt with efficiently and courteously by staff and matter soon resolved by Matt. I had no joy with 3 online for the last 6 weeks. Thankyou

What a lovely team! Went in with an issue and little hope it could be resolved, came away with a smile on my face and low and behold my problem solved! 10/10 would reccomend, such lovely people to chat to, as well as being the best they can be at their jobs
