Shameful Service! I'm 71 years old and they sold me a SIM and top up voucher that won't work on my phone then said they have a 'No refund policy'! They also treated me like a lump of poo! By contrast the Vodafone shop were really nice and helpful! It's clear where my future custom and recommendations are going to go!

Staff are not interested in helping or serving. They are quite happy to stand with team members and discuss their personal life. Walked out due to this.
