They have been really brilliant in helping to sort out my new Galaxy A51 phone. It lock me out, this morning so I couldn't even call them to make an appointment. So I just turned up and they sorted every thing. They even linked my old phone up to the new one so I now have both phones working off the same, SIM card.

So happy with the service I received whilst upgrading with my mum here a couple of days ago. Only 2 members of staff but they were very friendly, very patient, and helped my mum to setup her phone. Would definitely recommend!

Three is my service provider. My other half and I went in the store to make a cash purchase of an iPhone XS Max. It stated a price by the handset for purchase and what it would be on a contract. So imagine our surprise when we were told we couldn’t buy it unless we got a contract. We questioned why it had a price for the handset if we could not buy it outright, but didn’t get a satisfactory response. So Argos ended up getting our cash instead. Avoid unless necessary

Well what can I say it's a phone shop the staff are Very good helpful and friendly but mobile phones as objects have become very boring all the different makes looking the same and doing the same it's only on use that The different systems become more interesting. Patrick

Hi Three store Hastings. I did not realise I had left a review. I mostly comment on my reviews. Only realised I had 2 star'd the store as you had kindly replied to the rating. Changing this review to a 4 star for the customer service me and my wife received last Saturday. Will be back to the store later this week to sort this phone out.

I am sorry for not remembering the young man's name, but he sold me a phone a few weeks back. I asked for a simple phone that does the basics. I'd like to thank him for actually listening to me and gave me exactly what I asked for without the sales pitch. Thanks mate, the phone is a blinder!
