What an expensive farce and waste of time the van we had hired was due for delivery at 06:30hrs, so our driver and a loading crew were in situ but thrifty failed to show up. Their 0333 telephone number as posted on the side of their vehicles is out \No longer on use\ . Their contact 24/7 telephone number 0771 goes unanswered. we now have a crew sat idle unable to start a large office move and I cannot get hold of anyone. their website says they open at 08:00 but their recorded phone message says they open at 08:30. So far they are one hour late as a result of this our reputation is going to be tarnished
