recently bought the grout rake - GR518. No chance to use it as the screws securing the blades had the Philips head stripped at the factory. Not obvious until you try to undo them. Can't return them as it isn't obvious I didn't do it. If you can't see the screwheads offer to buy if the storeman can undo them. Otherwise do not buy from this company. I want to give no stars but Google won't let me post until I give at least one.
