They designed, built and fitted my dream bathroom for me and were in regular communication throughout the process to keep me in the loop of what was going on. I was looking for someone who could transform my ideas into reality and from Day 1 Lisa exceeded my expectations. Not only did she understand what I was trying to achieve and was superb at suggesting new ideas to enhance my vision, but the final designs and quotations were of the highest quality and detail. Installation was completed on time by some of the most professional tradesman I have had the pleasure of meeting and any unforseen issues concerning the structure of the original bathrooms were resolved quickly by Lisa and her team. It has been a pleasure working with Lisa and we are already discussing the next project on my list.

When initially called in, they seemed friendly and we were told they would be in touch. Nearly 2 months later we called them up and their tone had changed significantly and were basically told to **** off (in everything but words) with no explanation or apology for the delay. We're now fuming and feel like we've wasted two months of our lives.
