For the second time in 3 years, I bought tiles from tile giant in Luton. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and went the extra mile for us. On both occasions, we received excellent service from them. They had to order some mosaic tiles for us. The tiles came in time. They called us promptly upon arrival. They price matched for us as well for identical tiles that we found online. Nick and Megan are our stars. Thank you so much. Xx

Customer experience top marks! Staff were really helpful and great. Recently I placed an order with the company; I have been trying to find suitable kitchen floor and wall tiles for a long time. However, could not find anything that was suitable to match my kitchen. The store manager (Nick) was a great help in finding me best tiles to match- I even got discount too! This was after visiting the store three times and even when I went to their to local competitors. Although their facilities needs a bit of a upgrade, the tile design and range were really modern. I also bought tiles for my lounge. Overall I happy with my products and recommend tile giant to any potential customers. I just hope I can get a bigger discount than what I got now in the future.
There are four tile shops in the same area. Tile Giant was not the cheapest, but the service I received from Megan was enough to draw me back to the store for more advise. The service I received from Nick when I returned to the store on the second day, was also first class. The customer service was second to none. Thank you both for your help. A very happy customer
I am so pleased with the customer service and support they give their customers in Luton’s tile giant. I went in with my grandma a couple days ago as she gets easily confused and need support when buying tiles. The staff were so helpful and supported both her and myself in ensure we got everything we Needed. Thank you both staff members Suhail and sally for assisting my grandma with every need. Will definitely go back there myself if I need tiles in the future.
Nick and his team are so helpful. Knowledgeable, friendly and always smiling. Their ranges are great and the prices are very competitive. They went out of their way with my order. I couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tile giant have one of most welcoming staff, they were extremely helpful as I had just moved into my flat and they were amazing with helping me pick out tiles for me flooring, I suggest people go there.
