Mark, the manager was absolutely brilliant. So helpful. I felt so welcomed (even during covid times) that I returned when I needed to tile my kitchen. I didnt even shop around just went straight to tile giant. Good service goes a long way in my books. Would give more stars if possible.

This store couldn’t of been more helpful. Mark the manager gave me lots of good advice and tips. Changing my mind on different mosaics was not a problem in the least. Returning unopened goods was just so easy, with a full refund in just 2 days. I’m just so happy with my end results. I would 100% recommended this store.
Great range of tiles, and very good prices. The team are all very helpful, mainly deal with Mark and Matt and they will go above and beyond for you, even help you load the van, which is better than what I can say about other places I've bought tiles from that will happily see you struggle. Will definitely use again and refer customers to them!
Mark at the Erdington branch of Tile Giant is a real asset to the company, professional,honest and very polite and knowledgeable of the whole range of products available. I have dealt with him three times now and he has had a consistent approach each time.i would certainly recommend this company to friends and family. Excellent service!!!!!
The team at Tile Giant Kingsbury Rd are brilliant; Mark the Store Manager in particular is exceptional. Mark spent hours with me over months carefully looking at tile and grout options for three bathroom projects that have been continually interrupted as a result of Covid. I am now looking at a bathroom project for another as a result of them looking at mine and thinking that I had engaged an interior designer ! The praise for the successful designs are down to Mark and all credit really is due to him being able to realise practically the designs I had in my head. This was not an easy task but he stuck with me and never ever made me feel like I was a burden. Great team work, fantastic staff and exceptional service service make this tile shop probably one of the best out there and trust me, I have used plenty including numerous designer tile stores such as Mandarin Stone and Claybrook Studios. A must visit and highly recommended !
