I visited Tile Giant in Rayleigh twice in one week, desperately trying to make a decision about which tiles to have for my bathroom, (who knew there were so many tile options). I found the experience in Tile Giant really calm and non-pressured. The tiles are clearly laid out and it made it easy to compare the different options. On both occasions, the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and were able to deal with my queries. I am looking forward to receiving my order, (I finally made a decision) and will definitely visit again the next time I need some tiles!

I visited the Rayleigh Tile Giant store on two occasions and Royston has helped me with the tiles I needed on both occasions. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, I found him to be friendly but professional, so the experience felt personal. His customer service was great and I would be returning again as a customer.
