From start to finish Gail and Eric have been wonderful their customer service has been 1st class nothing is a bother and communication is excellent.the way they went above and beyond to sort out our installation day,We were impressed and such lovely people.the hot tub is great easy to work especially as we were taken through everything step by step.great spa and great company.thankyou all involved..only place to go for a hot tub they know everything there is to know.

Good friendly staff at HotSpring Central Tillicoultry. Have had salt freshwater system in place now for almost 6months. This system generates its own chlorine from a little salt and saves a lot of time on maintenance. We check and monitor salt level,Alk and pH etc. Hardly have to do anything with this as it looks after itself in the main. Comfortable that Lorna and team are there for advice when or if needed. Would highly recommend this salt freshwater system as it is so easy to use and easy upkeep with only one drain needed annually. Brilliant piece of kit. Use it regularly and provides good fun and relaxation to us all. Must say in particular Lorna from choosing tub to delivery and installation has been brilliant.Easy to understand and very helpful.

A fantastic service from beginning to end. Gail provided sound advice regarding the different options for hot tubs and also gave us plenty of time to think it through. When we ordered the hot tub, we were kept updated regularly and it was delivered and installed exactly when we were told it would be. The installation engineers were very helpful and took time to explain how to take care of the hot tub, We are delighted with our new addition to the garden.
