Shocking customer service can’t find order called 3 times picks up phone then hangs up seems to be one guy that needs sacking

Excellent prices and great customer service, was able to on a few separate occasions fit me in delivery's at very short notice, staff are very helpful and if they don't have something in stock they was able to get it to me still the very same day from one of there other yards, when im working in cannock, I wouldn't use anyone else but these. Been messed about by this company and so has a friend, I ordered a shed and they told me it would be about a 6 week wait and somebody will give me a call the weekend before delivery, I waited 9 weeks before I i decided to call the company to see where my shed was, when they answered the call they asked for my postcode and a few other details, they could not find a copy of my order so they asked me to ring there suppliers to see where it was at, I rang the suppliers and they had no clue what I was talking about, they had no copy of my order anywhere, he then asked me to text a copy of my invoice over and that he would get back to me ASAP. So I did. I didn’t receive a call back so I called back 2 days later and there was no answer at the phone so I left a message, I still didn’t receive a call back at all. A few days later I decided to visit the shop where I first made the order and asked for my 120 deposit back. They couldn’t give me the deposit back and told me I had to wait til the following Monday until they could give me the money. Absolute terrible service and I didn’t even get an apology

Absolutely disgusting attitude towards customer service. Had 10 dome fence panels from them within 2 WEEKS ago 3 of them have warped and split already. They refuse to replace them or issue refund saying I've had them too long. What a joke avoid at all cost
