Very good. Fixed a problem sole in seconds and made no charge. Refused a gratuity, but did indicate a collecting tin for a major charity when asked. My experience with Timpsons has been uniformly good whatever the branch.

DON'T EVER USE THE FARNHAM STORE. I wish they could have the 0 star for the review because the service was worse than 1 star. I got there twice, one for cutting my main door key cost 6 and my husband even couldn't use it to open the door, too bad. The second time I got there to change my watch battery, it cost 32.8 and the guy even didn't seal my watch. When I asked him did it with a pocker face. I will never ever go back there. Sooooo disappointed.
Have always received first class service, whether it’s cloning my vehicle key or having duplicate house keys made.
