Shane was just brilliant..freindly, fantastic customer service not just with me but to customers that opted in the shop whilst I waited. Excellent stitching on my shoe repair. Honestly, you couldn't ask for better service.

Took my shoes in to get the soles fixed. We discussed a few options, did not get the service I was expecting. They simply glued my soles back on and left glue all around the bottom of my shoes. Customer service was poor; the man behind the counter simply stared at me and did not welcome me into the shop - I had to show my ticket to him to get some form of reaction from from him and even seemed irritated that I'd shown him my ticket.
