Avoid this little Timpsons on Northbrook Street - very poor service and shoddy key cutting - go to the Timpsons in the Kennett Shopping Centre instead, it's a totally different experience!
Yesterday I went to get my house key duplicated. Unpleasant gentleman mumbled some comments about cheapness of my key and cut me two copies assuring me one will work for sure. Both didn't. Today I went again. Same unpleasant gentleman mumbled "I don't know what to suggest" thinned both copies down and told me if this doesn't work there is nothing more he can do for me and he will refund my money. It didn't work again. I couldn't be asked to face unpleasant gentleman again so I went to a different location (Tesco). Pleasant gentleman cut me two different copies and assured they will work. He was right, they both did.
Five star service yesterday with my boot zip. Would definitely recommend
