Tracy is a skin genius... Fantastic tailor made treatments using fabulous Nimue products .. Perfectly painted gel manicures and pedicures too. Great VFM.
Best salon in the area by far lovely and welcoming an amazing range of different beauty treatments from the basic to the most technical and every one is done with perfection!!! Sunbeds are also brilliant I have been a customer for a lot of years and could not fault this salon or there friendly polite staff at all highly recommend amazing service and prices X
The woman that runs this salon, Tracy, is by far the most miserable, rude, unapproachable salon owner I have ever come across! It's obvious she doesn't even know the meaning of good customer service and how to treat her customers with the respect they deserve! She thinks it's ok to gossip about customers behind their backs to her staff and her staff are immature and don't have any respect for customers either thanks to the example set to them by their so-called manager! She has no people skills and is the most unwelcoming salon manager I have ever come across! As a lot of business in the beauty industry is gained via good recommendations from customers either by word of mouth or reviews on the internet these days, this woman should know better and therefore deserves to lose business as she has already!
