Conner was punctual, friendly and efficient. He clearly new the job and didnt mind a socially distanced chat as he worked on my van tyres. Great service with a good attitude. Nice to see each wheel bolt get treated to the torque wrench at the end. Thumbs up

Really helpful and arrived very promptly. Needed two tires changing and was all done in about 30 minutes. Had a good choice of tires on the website when booking too. Would use again

Probably my worst online experience ever. I used the Halfords TyresOnTheDrive website for a replacement battery, where there is an apparently user-friendly App where you enter your car registration number and it correctly identified my car make, model and year and recommended a battery. I order this, paying for a 2-hr window for installation. The fitter finally arrived 2 1/2 hrs after the end of that window. His first words were "Oh you didn't use the App did you". The App recommends the wrong battery, the company knows this and yet sends the fitter out with an inappropriate battery. They will not answer their phone lines (tried 5 times, hanging on for 10minutes), also they will not respond to their customer emails; so after 5 days I am still waiting, and have had to cancel order - though Halfords TyresOnTheDrive failing to acknowledge this. A very frustrating experience: a competitor has provided the exact replacement battery within 24 hrs.

I used this company a few years back before they were owned by Halfords and never had a problem with them. I took time off work on Wednesday to get 4 tyres fitted which should have been an easy job, however was contacted to say the van had broken down and earliest the could come out was Saturday (Today). I had a 2 hour timeslot but they were late so I contacted them which involved a 20 minute wait on the phone whilst waiting to get through and after a second phone call discovered they were going to be an hour late. The chap seemed friendly enough and was only 30 minutes late in the end but the moment after I pulled my car forward he quickly pointed out the jack wouldn't fit under the car. My car is quite low but nothing they shouldn't be able to manage. It hasn't been lowered from factory and any lowprofile jack would have done the job. When a mobile tyre fitting company is this poor at Communication, Logistics, and just having the right tools for the job it really makes you wonder why they're still running.

Do not use. They will take your money and then at the last minute let you down. They have left me abandoned and unable to move my car.
