Great spot in the mall for pizza (well, the only spot). I can't tell you what it's like at night or more prime times, but we had no wait and fast (friendly) service around midday on a weekend. The garlic bread \zeppelin\ was tops, and the double pepperoni with spicy honey was, in fact, spicy. The kid's menu is generous for the price. Definitely worth a luck. Like
I spent 20 on a pizza that I was looking forward to! Because I actually think the pizzas at napolis are amazing. A rival to dominos for sure. Much better. However, after waiting for about an hour and a half with no indication of my orders confirmation I decided to call and find out if it was on the way as the money had been taken out of my account. I was greeted by a lady who was nice enough but couldn't seem to figure out what was going on. I was then passed on to a more capable worker at the restaurant. She informed me that my payment was declined which didn't make much sense as I had over 1000 in my account. She said if the money has come out, it had, that I would get it back in 2 to 3 working days. She then said \bye\ swiftly and hung up. How can a payment be declined if you have taken my money? Took my money. Didn't tell me my order wasn't coming and then rudely hung up on me. I am so upset to say I won't be eating here again.
Napoli is normally pretty good when I go in to collect, I've ordered online before and been fine, I ordered tonight online then had a phone call about my order, not being correct, I ordered 2 12\ pizza's but apparently I only payed for 9\. So there website is wrong and doesnt work properly, pretty much argued with me saying I only ordered 9\ and not 12\, didnt seem to want to stay on the phone and wanted to get of quick. Now having to send bank details over to get it refunded
