I'm not sure why I like it. But it's very fishy.

We were passing and saw the sign so popped in for a fresh trout and bought some of Trudi's cold-smoked fillets too. The fish was delicious and Trudi and Mark were both so friendly and helpful it was an absolute pleasure buying from them. I will be back for more very soon. I also made gravadlax from some of the fresh trout - see photo.
