This store has a particular diabolical staff member who was extremely condescending & rude. I'll only disclose a few gems she imparted upon me. I'd visited a Kent store a few days before coming here. The cashier called a trainee manager over to help with a return of a top that didn't fit, which didn't appear on the receipt(I was unaware of this fact at this time). The manager failed to notice the mistake had been made on the previous receipt. I'd been charged twice for some trousers which carries the same code & the top in question was missing. The top cost less than the trousers which meant TKMaxx owed me money.. I was asked to produce a bank statement! By a stroke of luck I had the trousers in a travel bag in my car with the price tag & code still attached. I went back in store & to rectify the injustice only to be greeted with "that's not our store, this ain't Kent".. I will be writing a sternly worded email to head office for the lack of customer service & lack of apology.

Really nice store they always have lots of things. Thanks a lot to eddy (Edmond) the gentleman from Ghana; he was so helpful and kind. My 11 years old enjoyed chatting to him while he was helping us with the rugs. Really great service
Tk maxx was once a good place to get shoes and clothes. Yet its gone right down hill

Disorganised brand. Jumble sale items for department store prices. The positives are that there's ample parking, the building is nice and there's a cafe but it's an unpleasant shop. To be fair, I'm prejudiced against all TKMaxx.....just don't like franchise. Better of going to a charity shop.
I always enjoy shopping at this shop but today I get very bad experience. I was there around 12:30 noon time. The girl on till#4 make feel VERY BAD. First she made a mistake of my items but the worst part was when I give my gift card to her she asked me did I have money inside which makes me feel so bad. VERY BAD SERVICE :(
Great shop. Clothes downstairs Homesense upstairs. Great range of clothes certainly improved over the years, where it used to be you could only get designer clothes if you was either model size or ahem of the larger build . Homesense upstairs is a bit like that though. Great selection of bedding well along as you wanted a few singles or masses of super king size duvet covers .
