WOW !!! Impressive. Went to leave the house, couldn't get out the front door !! The handle/lock felt wrong. Terraced house with no rear access, oh dear, not an ideal situation !!! Rang TLS spoke to Wayne. Was told he'd be with me in about an hour. Within the hour he arrived, had the door opened in less than a minute, informed me of the issue, told me the cost to rectify the issue. Go ahead given, 20 minutes later, new part fitted and all working correctly. In a World where decent, honest and fair service is often so difficult to find, I cannot recommend Wayne at TLS highly enough. Thanks again Wayne, you certainly saved the day !! Will recommend you without hesitation.

My lock broke on a Saturday, they came out within half an hour. I thought i needed 3 new locks, they were honest enough to tell me i didn't and show me how to fix them. They replaced a gearbox and lock barrell and we're brilliant. I can't recommend highly enough.
I contacted TLS as i couldn't turn the key in my door, or take the key out leaving me unable to secure the property. Wayne was very prompt, thorough, professional and great value for money - i highly recommend him!
These guys installed some new locks onto my van and did a top class job. They were professional throughout, gave me all the information I needed including advising what locks would best suit my requirements and how best to maintain them.
