Purchased Salzburg Oak Front door. After 4 months it has warped and the door is now useless. The door is completely sheltered under a porch. Todd Doors will not accept this as a fault because I stained it a different colour with Sikkens.

nice selection of doors but buying them is more difficult than opening bank account. Customer service (Alice McC.) makes ordering so difficult, all her answers to questions are negative, so unhelpful. Seriously guys, you will loose your business if you don't hire people who can handle selling your doors
Disgusting customer service I order many doors and I am waiting for it more than 4 months still is not delivered. Not recommended.
