Clean and polish visit - hygienist. Positives: online questionnaires, easy booking process, nice front of house staff. Negatives: grubby room. Dentist used one drill bit which was painful and sensitive. Did not use water pik, manual descaler etc... and the final icing on the cake... PLAIN WATER TO RINSE!!! First time in my life I was given plane water with a hygienist appointment

Was seen by dentist grace minns. Very polite and well mannered. Was disappointed to hear she would be leaving. Really hope new ones will be polite and helpful, something that seems to be dead to all professionals because of their arrogance.

A shame, wanted to put a whole new piece before even take a look at it, also put a review of the service and erase it (they don't have reviews and erase them, that's why they don't have any). Asking for a second opinion and been told to go to “some place else with another doctor”. Very rude attitude. Don't recommend this place for anyone. Also they change the name and start with a new one, be very careful about this place because the reviews are fake and they delete the bad comments
