The chap who changed the bulb knew where to go straight away, changed the bulb quickly and did the job. I knocked off a star because I didn’t get offered a receipt at checkout just an email receipt which ends up being three pages of colour and ads rather than just a receipt.

Brilliant service by cycle repair guy. I would definitely recommend.
I went to the Tonbridge store to pick up a click and collect. The store was marked out well for social distancing and customers and staff were adhering to them. I was called to a separate till to stay a safe distance from other. The store colleague quickly found my item on the system and then got it for me in under 5 minutes.
I can highly recommend the bike and fitting department here. James was absolutely superb and very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish when we were purchasing our sons bike.
Don't trust them. Told me a new battery would cause all sorts of problems and almost refused to sell to me - said they couldn't fit it either (was a 2014 Fiesta for Pete's sake). Called my local Ford garage who said go ahead no problem, 3rd call that week regarding incorrect Halfords advice! - there was no problem fitting it and restarting the car.
