John was very helpful and knowledgeable; nothing was too much trouble and he made a number of useful suggestions. He always answered our queries promptly and efficiently, and was prepared to adapt along the way if we had any thoughts we wanted to pursue. John Austin (Genealogy) completely overwhelmed us with the amount of information he researched and delivered for us. We were not expecting anything like the large tome he recently dispatched to our door. We decided to use my father as the root name (He died aged 65 in 1976) electing to use John's \Sapling Family Tree Package\. This took us back to my great great grandparents (Useful to at least one of our own grandchildren, he having initially requested a \Family Tree\), the oldest of whom was born in 1803!... That's two years before Admiral Nelson was killed at the Battle of Trafalgar! And another was born in 1815... just after Wellington's victory at Waterloo! I now know the actual battles in which my grandfather was actively engaged during the Boer War. They were all ordinary people and some poor souls ended their lives in \the workhouse\! John's finished product completely surpassed our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. GH
Well what can I say?! After a very long time trying to find my mothers long lost father, John was able to take the information I already had and find him! Although he isn't alive my mother has found a sister she never knew about. They are now trying to catch up on so many years lost. John, I can't thank you enough for all the research etc and effort you have put in to make this dream come true

We were both delighted with the results and the meticulous research that John obviously undertook to provide details of my wife’s ancestors.
