Our 10 year old has loved his individual sessions with Clare. She is fantastic at encouraging him, giving him great positive feedback, tips and most of all he has lots of fun. It's really helped him hone his running technique and we would definitely recommend her sessions to anyone: adult or child who enjoys athletics and wants to improve.

I have learnt loads from Clare. She makes sessions fun, challenging and developmental through a variety of methods and is always motivating and enthusiastic. I chose to see Clare as she was recommended by friends at Beginners2runners. I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve improved my balance and strength through her run conditioning sessions, which is in turn improving my running..... you never know what she’s going to challenge you with next! I’m not an experienced or elite runner and was initially really nervous about asking for help. Clare quickly put me at ease, assessed where I was at and planned to help me! My aim was to improve my strength for the London Marathon- however due to COVID-19 and it being postponed my sessions were adapted. Now, with Clare’s support I’ve even made interim goals for my running - something that I’d never have thought of doing before working with her. After picking up an injury my physiotherapist suggested that due to the number of miles I cover, I should go to get my run analysed. I picked the Run Technique Programme and had so much fun over the 6 week period. Clare really knew what she was doing and made it a lot of fun, one week I had to stop because I was in stitches. Each week I could see improvements and feel these when running. The final video shows this transformation and I am looking forward to using the homework, techniques and insight that Clare has provided me to continue progressing to get stronger, faster and more efficient. Thanks Clare for helping me with my run and your strong banter, I’m sure you’ll see me again for a freshen up.
