As a business we have had lots of experience of the service given by Tool-Cal in repairing and servicing our Dewalt drills and have always received excellent service. Would totally recommend.
I don't generally write reviews however the fact they only have 1 star by someone made me write how good an experience i had dealing with them. I had some lighting products that needed a case with foam to present and Martin designed and made it for me there and then. The price was great and i'd recommend to anyone who needs foam cut outs for their products.
Poor workmanship , terrible communication , slow turnaround .
