Brilliant customer service and brilliant prices. Rare i write reviews but I thought it was important that i did. I find most online retailers moving away from good old fashioned customer service which leads to people coming back time and time again. Toolstore and Amazon are the exception. Rather than doing the following: 1. Making me prove the item was faulty; 2. Making me prove that i didn't cause the fault; 3. Taking up my time with endless emails back and forth; 4. Forcing me to pay ridiculous fees to return the item (e.g. delivery fee and “restocking fee”); 5. Making me feel like a criminal for wanting to return a faulty item; 6. Trying to get out of replacing the item on some technicality (e.g. must notify within 24 hours of receiving the item) they sorted the problem out in one email and a new item was with me the next day! And the problem wasn’t toolstore’s fault, it was clearly a manufacturing defect. Will be shopping there again. Thank you kelly for your wonderful service. Restored my faith in online retailers.
