To say the Trust is corrupt would be an understatement. When I child makes a complaint with clear supporting evidence, every attempt is made to bury it and dismiss the complainant. Staff accounts are rewritten to suit the narrative chosen by the Trust. These are members of staff that effects individuals and families safety and well-being on a daily basis. These are people who should be able to be trusted to give opinion in a court of law about an individual's wellbeing or risk. If the (ironically named) Trust can abuse children's right to be heard in such a manner makes you incredibly fearful for the many vulnerable adults and children who are forced.to use this service. When patients can be heard and staff cannot be held accountable for provable misconduct and abuse then the future is bleak and worrying. We need to be able to have faith and belief in services that are paid (especially by the public purse) to care for our most vulnerable at their most vulnerable. I am writing this post now just as a warning bit as a marker that at some point someone will get to the bottom of what is happening with patient wellbeing and staff misconduct in the Trust and I highlight that this isn't a future problem, it is a ow\ problem. Stage safe and best wishes if you or you child unfortunately require these services.

Awful services to vulnerable people. receptionnist refused to pass me throught to duty doctor. Nobody picked up the crisis number (from 5:00pm) despite me trying three times and leaving a voicemail. Home Treatment staff don't read patient files and offered no care plan. Recovery Team hasn't moved a finger for 2 months. They are not helping vulnerable and people in distress. They are making their situation worse and are pushing them to the edge. Appalling!

I should have not discharged myself from this hospital but I had to as I panicked I have tried to call them back to get reamited but I keep getting on the bed number not the assessment suite this is unfair and the attitude towards me was a descrace as I am having a crisis and have serious mental health illness I just don’t know what to do as it’s got bad as my best friends loving dog died in my arms on Wednesday morning I might as well self harm again to get admitted and I have no mental health team to help as mind wants me to go back in
