I started Derek's Qi Gong class at Tooting Bec Lido Pavilion in January this year and have been attending weekly. It helps with my upper body flexibility and strength and contributes to keeping me pain free. I enjoy the exercises and Derek's instruction and explanation of the health benefits. We probably have the best view of any exercise venue in South London. It's the one exercise class where I am not waiting for the hour to be up as the blue of the water helps so much with relaxation and has inspired me to swim there myself in spite of the cold.
