You are truly amazing coaches at this gym and stand behind athletes of all abilities. The time an effort that has to be put into a gymnast is critical in this sport. The ability to have coaches that believe in athletes is equally as important as I found. The coaches at TOPFLIGHT possess an exceptional level of knowledge to guide and coach without losing the compassion and love towards the sport. They truly went above and beyond the level of expectation. Thank you with all my heart for standing behind my daughter!

I signed up my daughter online 2 years ago and she really loves her classes. They support her and encourage her every week! She has taken gymnastics and tumble there throughout the years. I think her self confidence has really improved over that time and I would highly recommend this gym.
This place is worth every penny as my daughter has learned more here than at other tiny gyms in the area. Almost all of her instructors teach her valuable life lessons which is something that is priceless also. She has been taking classes there now for about a year and is leaning towards joining the team very soon.
Friendly staff and decent gym upstairs weightlifting needs. Recent takeover from the boxing room has it under lock and key so no freedom to use the punch bags and floor space for fitness,which is why I personally have cancelled my membership. Still for everything else you need in a gym,this place has it and you cant fault the members and staff.

Great gym. There's plenty to do in there with a women's section on the bottom, a boxing room on the floor up and the floor above that, a mixed gym. They also have rooms on the bottom floor for classes such as zumba and spin. I never come out dry which brings me to the only downfall... They have no showers so you have to wait until you get back home before you can wash the sweat off.
Love the womens only area! Fab community, very kind and helpful staff!! Love the art displays at the entrance, and the postive vibe!!
Great gym. Friendly staff. Small but all the equipments you need are already there.. Has a womens only area and body conditioning studio.
