Excellent service, I cannot praise the staff or store enough. When I brought in an old tile to match it, they went out of their way to help and track down a suitable tile. Later when I ordered some low stock products online from here, I was expecting to be told they were sold out, however instead the staff went beyond the level expected to get the parts from all other branches and kept me updated on the progress of my order throughout by email and phone. Even the branch manager was involved at one point in getting the parts to me as quickly as possible. This might be expected of a large order, but it was just a few minor parts costing less than 10 in total. I'd have no hesitation in ordering all my Kitchen and Bathroom tiles from here, and I can recommend them with the confidence of experience.

Excellent service. Although the tiles were not in stock and would not be available until Friday. Steve went out of his way to search for stock at another branch, collected the tiles and contacted me on the same day to let me know they were ready for collection. He also helped to load them into our van. Above and beyond
