Called in the evening to arrange for advice and help to get my son home from Torbay hospital after a serious illness. The guy who answered the phone was no help at all...just said that the drivers all had other jobs and couldn't tell me \off the top of his head\ or be bothered to find out how much it would cost or when it would be possible to get a taxi to Hampshire. Didn't even offer to take details and get back to me. I realise it's a charity but should at least have a procedure.
