I bought my new car at Eden Vauxhall yesterday, part-exchanging my Fiat 500. From the first visit, the sales team - Ty in particular - were excellent. Informative, clear and not pushy in the slightest, I was really impressed with the service. There was a slight instance of miscommunication due to the way customer calls are dealt with through a centralised call centre, which is the only reason for a four-star review, but this was not down to the team at Eden Torquay and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and accommodating in resolving it. I got a good deal on the car, a fair price for my old one and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Eden if you want to buy a Vauxhall. Special thanks to Ty for a great experience; a really personable, friendly and knowledgable individual, he couldn’t have done more to help us and is a real credit to the team there.
