I only joined this gym recently but having been a member of various gyms in the area I would recommend this one above all. It is a reasonable size with all the equipment needed for a thorough workout. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean and the membership cost is very competitive. This place has it all.

Great little gym, good variation of equipment and good to note the standard of music has dramatically improved over recent months. Great motivator for those that want to train hard and heavy. Keep up the good work
