I can honestly say I will never use The school shop in town, I respect the stress there Under, but wow ! You need to go back to school and learn some customer service skills , It’s not right one shop has the monopoly on school jumpers, 2 kids needing jumpers- only one ready after a 2 week await ! When placing my order 2 week ago I was Told it will be ready by the Friday of that week , ok 5 days wait not a problem, 2 weeks later can’t call the phone is engaged no reply to emails after 3 visits to the shop to be told today there’s a terrible back log, and there are people that have been waiting months for there orders why was I not told this 2 weeks ago on ordering? If the shop couldn’t delver on time why take my order. ?

Gave the lady a list of what I needed, off she went and got it. Bam, school uniform sorted! It was cheaper than if I were to order directly online as there was no p@p.
Needed to get my sons new uniform- had everything we needed and lovely quality! Thanks for the great service
