Ours was a Groupon bought for Mother's Day this year but due to Covid had to be postponed .Had a facial and hot stone back massage .Both were very relaxing .Staff were polite , friendly and communicative .

Great start! A pleasant receptionist and the offer of a free drink. The treatment room was delightful - low light with purple lighting. It all went downhill from there. I had paid for one hour and received 45 mins. I questioned this but was told they allow 5 minutes for a consultation. (455 does not equal 60). My consultation comprised two questions - do I cleanse, tone and moisturize, and did I have any specific problems to be addressed. The consultation took way less than 60 seconds. Leg massage was a bit pathetic but the facial was just short of annoying. Bits of my skin such as the side of my nose were completely ignored, the massage element was flimsy and fleeting and the head massage was just a very light mussing up of my hair with no scalp massage whatsoever. I felt a spritz of cold liquid on my shoulder which I take it was supposed to be facial toner. Not pleasant, not relaxing, not worth it!
Amazing experience. Never done something like this before and was a bit nervous but was a wonderful experience very professional staff. Felt relaxed from the moment I entered to the moment I left. I had a nice girl called Sammie do my massage and I have rebooked with her. Would highly recommend her, my back had so many knots and now my back feels good as new.
Very welcoming and friendly spa. We went for the indulgence package which was very good value for money, my back has been in an awful lot of pain for around 2 years and I can honestly say upon leaving the spa it feels so much better. Thankyou so much you shall deffinatley see us again.
