We just wanted to thank the Service Department at Yeomans for all their help recently in rectifying a fault with our Citroen. We had purchased a used Citroen from an approved dealer in another part of the country. Within the warranty period, the car developed a fault. We felt very reassured in the way that they took ownership of the problem with our vehicle, liaseing with the other stake holders and keeping us informed of progress. In all our dealings with Yeomans we were impressed by their customer focused approach, and were made to feel that they genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. Thank you again for all your help.

We recently purchased an Hyundai i10 from the Torquay Citroen garage. Danny and Simon were extremely helpful and professional in assisting us. We found that the car developed a fault with the windscreen washer jet several weeks later. Paul arranged for the car to be examined but the mechanics were unable to clear the fault. Paul then advised us to approach Hyundai to see if the fault was under warranty. It was and it was fixed free of charge. Paul, Simon and Danny all provided excellent customer service during the purchase of our car and after the sale. We will be recommending your garage to family and friends.
