Recently went there to get fitted for some running shoes and I must say I'm very impressed with the quality of the store and the good natured, highly informed and superbly helpful staff. Not only did the man at the shop understand his products inside and out, but simply from looking at me stand he knew exactly what shoe I would need and tried his utmost to get the shoe right for me, rather than simply trying to sell me something I could afford but would have been all wrong. He let me put them on, then run around outside to see how they felt which is something I feel is missing in most shops these days - proper old-fashioned customer service at its best! Overall have to say this is the only place I will go for anything running related in the future, I can't recommend the Tortoise & Hare highly enough!
