The team at Total Bathrooms could not have been more helpful & efficient. We had an awkward space to deal with but they came up with a fantastic design and nothing was too much trouble, They have an extensive product range to suit all budgets and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Keen to refresh the bathroom on a budget - I found an excellent quality sink and wash stand in the discount section at the back of the store. Wasn't thrilled with the colour so was granted a trip to the storeroom where I found exactly what I wanted at a similar price. Went back when we were furnishing a second bathroom (I know - get me!) and got a well priced loo and sink with all the fittings. Staff are lovely whether I've wanted help or to be left to browse, and I've always been offered assistance carrying big stuff to the car. Would recommend to a friend.

I am so proud to work in partnership with Total Bathrooms. Peter Hirsch has embraced Inclusive Design and created a fully wheelchair accessible showroom. I believe this is the only one in the South West that showcases 21st century luxury products suitable for safe use by everyone including people with mobility impairments. The team are so helpful and have a wealth of knowledge about the product ranges. I have no hesitation in referring all my clients to them!

Andy at Total Bathrooms was our contact from the first measuring appointment through item selections to installation. He understood that we wanted to refit two bathrooms on a budget and wanted to prioritise the finish to a higher spec in one over the other. He was very helpful assisting with our selections and more than happy to check stock for returns or end of line products to help us stay within our budget. They put us in contact with an installer and any niggles or pieces that needed changing at the last minute due to on-site adjustments were accommodated swiftly, politely and without fuss. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the rest of the team. We even received a surprise gift and notelet from the company through the post about a week after we confirmed all had been completed satisfactorily, which was a very nice touch. Would be happy to use them again and recommend Total Bathrooms to others, just as they were recommended to us by friends.

Having used total bathrooms in our old house in Bristol, we felt it was worth the mileage from our new home in WSM to buy from there again. We needed to update two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Over two visits, we purchased two vanity units and a combination sink/toilet unit. All these items were from their seconds section, they were fabulous quality with minimal faults/damage, one box stated ‘very good second’ and it truly was. I needed a right hand sink on my combination unit, they did not have this in the shop but sourced it from their other outlet at Lacock within a couple of days. Great service, great items at all price levels and very helpful staff. What’s not to like!
