Terrible service, put my electric bike in to be fixed as it had some sort of power issue, 3 months later after phoning almost weekly after 1 month had past and were told to come and collect the bike and try it because they cant test it there as they don’t have a charger and the battery is flat. It wasn’t fixed. We take the bike back again and they order a new battery, another 2 months go by and finally the battery arrives. Apparently only one person in the store knows how to deal with Volt bikes and he was on holiday so we had to wait a week for him to return. Once he returned we received a phone call saying that they don’t have the battery that we were told before they did have... After a few calls of increasing anger a higher up took the phone and explained that the other member of staff explained the situation wrong. Long story short we finally got the bike back, worked for a week and now its goosed again... Clearly doing 0 testing and have no idea what they are doing. 5 months with no bike and its still not fixed. Editing to add comments to the terrible response we received. I forgot to mention the amount of times we had to phone as apparently nobody there know how to answer a phone unless it rings for 20 minutes straight. Also got my name wrong when replying and shouldn’t be using my name anyway. The issues with volt were never brought to our attention so again thats your problem, perhaps training more staff would be a good idea so your business can run when somebody is on annual leave. Your apparently the only place in Aberdeen that can deal with Volt bikes, if you cant then why did you take the bike in the first place.

Johny is an excellent mechanic and the only one I've used who I fully trust with both my TT and road bikes. No issue is too big to sort, and no issue is too far out of the way for him to resolve. On top of this, he is very personable, welcoming and happy to speak to anyone about anything to do with bikes - from beginners to advanced cyclists. If you need a bike mechanic in the Aberdeen area, look no further.

Visited a couple of times, and had a gait analysis to make sure the pair of trainers I was looking at were right for me. Kevin was very knowledgeable and we spoke for a good while generally about triathlon and training before I even looked at anything! Ideal shop for the multi-sport enthusiast, whether seasoned athlete or bumbling beginner (like me).

1st time at total endurance. I had a bike fit and ken was superb! The bike fit was in a lot of detail and you could tell ken knew what he was talking about and works with you to provide the best. Also after the bike fit they will tweak anything you need after. There was a few issues with my bike which Johnny sorted out for me and he was 1st class. Amazing service and advice from kevin , Johnny and ken can’t thank you all enough , I will be a lifetime customer now and would recommend to all. Thanks again Scott Donald
