Would like to say a huge thanks to Paul (didn't catch his surname) but he will remember us, for upgrading and fixing my Aerial. He did everything he possibly could to try and make the most out our new Aerial. Was getting 47 channels on my TV before and I now have 141 channels!

I have just had an aerial installed (for BT) and cannot fault the service provided. Excellent communication from the company plus on the day the engineer called to give me a time for arrival. The engineer was great --prompt, polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Phil from TSG came to install our aerial. Called twice beforehand. Once to propose an estimated time of arrival and a second time just beforehand to make sure all was still OK. When here, he was really reassuring in terms of the work and went about his business quietly and professionally. Very friendly too. Thanks Phil LA1 area.

I read some of the bad reviews on here and was sceptical but engineer Phil has just been to my house. Great fella. Knew what he was doing and spoke at length about the process. I would have no issues recommending Phil to anybody. Quick clean job and he wasn't prepared to put the antenna in if it wasn't going to be of benefit to me. Happy with the job

Christmas without TV due to total support group engineer not turning up. Why pay upfront when you dont turn up? I called BT but they refer me to total support group. Someone please help me!!!
