I,ve just had some warranty repairs done to my Kia. Having been going to the Tower Hill family run dealership ship for nearly 20 years l have seen the business grown over those years. Even though the personnel has changed ,the one thing that has not, is the same polite personnel attention the quality of the sales, repairs and spares teams. Great outfit.

Really impressed with how professional and honest these guys were. My wife bought a brand new kia niro hybrid from Brayley Kia in Harpenden and took it for its yearly service. At the service they noticed that the front wheel arch was missing 2 plastic nuts and the full beam headlights weren't working. We had driven the car less than 4000 miles in the first year and had never been involved in an accident so were surprised when Brayleys suggested that we had been to another dealer who had tampered with the car and stated we would need to make another appointment to investigate this (most likely at our cost).... we immediately left and took the car to Kia Chipperfield and they found that a fuse was missing from the car when we bought it... they replaced it and the 2 missing plastic nuts on the wheel arch for free (a complete contrast made all the more astonishing given that less than a year previously we had spent 29000 in Brayleys Harpenden!). I then took my car (Kia Optima 2016) in for its 5 year service last week and once again I was really impressed by the professionalism and honesty displayed by Kia Chipperfield. They called me during the service to advise me that my front tyres, whilst legal, were close to being too worn to drive and offered me to replace these at a reasonable price. When I said I would like to check prices elsewhere before making a decision there was no pressure whatsoever to try to sell their tyres to me. The service itself was finished in good time and was reasonable at 161 for a 5 year service. They also cleaned the car thoroughly and charged it up for me! I can honestly say that I have been to my fair share of car dealerships over the years and have often struggled to trust some of the stuff that they came out with but I really trust this branch after the way they behaved in the 2 encounters I have had with them.
