Just received my first order from the new website (although not my first from Tracey) Opened the box and got one of my melts burning straight away. My entire house currently smells gorgeous! Cannot recommend Tracey enough. The melts burn beautifully and last for ages. And the cost is minimal so definitely value for money. So excited I can just order as soon as I’m running low now. Excellent customer service from all the staff always going above and beyond from buying items in the shop or getting them delivered nothing was too much for them excellent products that was of fantastic quality and I’d only buy from Tracey’s melts the best there is X
